Last Day
Today is officially my last day at work. This is *so* crazy.
I'm leaving at 4am tomorrow morning for three weeks of beach vacation.
Life is...so good.
Not sure how much I'll be able to update the blog while I'm away, but I'll be thinking of all of you. (Inbetween long beach runs, ocean swimming and sipping sangria/margariita/G&T's/etc.)
Like I said, life is. so. good.
I did week one/day one of the pushup challenge last night. 7 pushups, rest, 7 push ups, rest, 5 push ups, rest max pushups (9). DONE! :) It went really well, I'm just not sure that I am getting low enough to the ground (bending my arms enough?). How can you tell if you are?!?

If you do it in front of a mirror, it's a lot easier to tell if your form is correct - your body should be a flat plank (butt not in the air or thrusted toward the ground) and when your arms are flexed, you should be parallel with the ground. Your arms should hit at least a right angle...they're hard!
