It's true, I think I may even be addicted. I love peanuts, mixed nuts, pine nuts, tree nuts, peanut butter, almond butter... the list goes on and on. Which, normally wouldn't be a problem as peanuts have lots of healthy fats and are, in fact, pretty nutritious. However, when following the WW plan, they are *extremely* points-heavy. Sometimes I treat myself and factor in some peanut butter, or a handful of mixed nuts but it's tough to do.
In comes Seapoint Farms.
Dry Roasted Edamame. While these aren't peanuts they do (sort of) offer the same satisfaction. They're snackable, salty, and delicious. I buy them in bulk at Costco and put them in snackpacks for work. And? They're WAY healthy. It's true, I think I may even be addicted. I had a really great week WW wise (I feel) but today was a bit of a disaster... we'll see how tomorrow's weigh-in goes!
