Up 5.2lbs this week at WW. How is this possible?!!!??!?!?!?!!? At what point do you decide to quit? I think I'm there.

February Promise: I will work out five days a week and do WW.

February Result: Clothes fitting worse and scale reading 4lb higher. I was thisclose to strangling each and every person who noted muscle weighs more than fat.

I quit mid-March.
